Atlantic Talent Agency is a company that is designed to meet the needs of Advertising Agencies, Film Makers and Production Companies by providing the best actors in Virginia and surrounding states, both union & non-union.

We represent actors of all ages, newborn to seniors, all ethnicities, and work on everything including feature films, commercials, industrial training films, TV series and print work.

Most of our talent here in the Southeast are professionally trained and have greatly benefited from the volume of work that has come to our region, making them more experienced than one might expect. It is the quality of this region's offerings that has impressed producers and directors and caused them to return with later projects. Some of these visitors have become lasting friends.


Karen Whitlow-Jones
I started out in this business like many....as an actor. I did my fair share of auditioning and booking. I was one of the first people to go down the slide at Watercountry USA before it opened, shooting the very first commercial to promote the water park around 1983.

Shortly after that, I began to answer the phones at Talent Connection on Colley Avenue in Norfolk, founded and owned at that time by Marty Terry. I soon began the process of learning the business from the inside out and just a few years after I began working there, I ended up purchasing Talent Connection. I have essentially been an agent and casting director for most of the 20 years since.

I have been on both sides of the camera, have done casting in multiple states, and have great understanding of both the actor’s needs and the client’s needs as well.

Kelley Davis
Kelley graduated from Christopher Newport University, where she earned a performance scholarship and received her Bachelor of Arts in Theater. She then spent a number of years studying film acting at Zarro Acting Academy. She has many years of experience both in front of and behind the camera.

As well as working as an agent and acting teacher, she also works as a professional on-camera actress, voice-over actress, and print model. She has performed in numerous plays, as well as a variety of films, national television shows, national commercials, national print and numerous training videos.
